Designed for a creative tech startup, The Hub Office redefines the traditional workspace. The design features an open-layout plan that encourages collaboration while integrating modular "pods" for focused work. Sustainability was a core pillar of the project, incorporating recycled brickwork, energy-efficient lighting systems, and integrated indoor greenery to improve air quality. Beyond the aesthetic, we navigated complex zoning regulations to maximize the floor area ratio (CUT) while maintaining the building's historical context.
