The Lumina Eco-Residence is a striking showcase of modern sustainable architecture, blending minimalist design with environmental consciousness. Situated at the edge of a lush woodland, the project utilizes expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels to maximize natural light and gently blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The structural framework features locally sourced cross-laminated timber and cascading green roofs, significantly reducing the building's carbon footprint. Inside, open-plan living areas create a fluid, breathable environment, while integrated passive cooling and smart home technologies ensure optimal energy efficiency year-round. This project represents our firm's commitment to designing spaces that are not only visually stunning and highly functional, but also deeply respectful of their natural surroundings.
